Midcap & Corporate Forum is an unique Tradinfo concept based on the participation of several Brokers at an Investor Conference, each of them having the exclusivity of hosting companies from their home market.
The main characteristics of the Midcap & Corporate Forums are the following:
- A strong and annual presence on major financial markets (New York, London, Paris, Zürich/Geneva and UAE).
- A fully outsourced event format, presenting two different types of meetings: one-on-one and small group meetings.
- The presence of tier-one and tier-two investors.
Thematic Conferences: We organise thematic conferences for companies active in a specific sector with the aim to present themselves to specialised investors through plenary presentations and one-on-one meetings.
Deal and non-deal roadshows: We offer corporate access and investor access to brokers, investors and listed companies through roadshows in Europe, the United States and the Middle East. Such roadshows can be organised on occasion of a capital increase or an IPO as well as for regular IR purposes.
Outsourced events: For brokers and stock exchanges we deliver turn-key investor 'white label' events that can be branded under the client's name.
Broker Referencing: We are in contact with a large number of European and US brokers. Therefore, we are able to introduce listed companies -looking for analyst coverage in a specific market- to the right local broker.
Feedback Report Service: Upon request, we provide Investor Feedback Reports to companies that had one-on-ones with investors at any conference or roadshow and that would like to receive benchmarked feedback on these meetings.
