In order to reinforce our Investor Relations & Marketing Department based in Brussels, we are looking for an:

Investor Relations Assistant - Internship

Mission:

•Work in a small dynamic and international team
•Have frequent international phone contacts with financial market players (investors, issuers)
•Collaborate with the IR team to optimise attendance to our Conferences and road shows (produce relevant documents, phone contacts, follow-up with the participants…)
•Use and update our financial database
•Oversee the logistical planning of events abroad
•Assist the production of our IR Services
•Some administrative and commercial tasks might be occasionally requested

Profile:

•Graduate or university degree preferably in Marketing, Communication, Financial Science or Economics
•I.C.T. minded (CRM software & database)
•Fluent in English, French and/or a third language is a plus
•Open-minded and able to fit in easily with a small team
•Flexible and dynamic, able to work with objectives

Our Offer:

6 months Internship (possibility of extension to open-end contract)
Salary package based upon your experience (700 – 900 Euros)
